I purchased the Helly Hansen Uba Curbstep winter boots and was initially impressed with their insulation. However, the sole material is a serious issue—it provides no grip on wet surfaces. Even in light rain, the boots become dangerously slippery, making me feel like I’m walking on an ice rink.

I wore them only once and deeply regret this purchase. A brand like Helly Hansen should conduct proper testing before releasing products like this, as it compromises safety. I am disappointed and feel let down by the lack of quality assurance. I request immediate action to address this issue, whether through a refund or replacement with a safer product.
