On October 2, 2025, at 11:11 AM, while browsing the Hellotickets website for Tame Impala’s Berlin concert tickets, an unauthorized transaction of ₺23,000 was charged to my credit card without any 3D Secure or OTP SMS verification. During the payment process, there was no confirmation screen, authentication request, or security step of any kind.
Immediately after the incident, I contacted Hellotickets three times via their website’s help form using my order number (1672818), but I received no response, and no tickets were ever delivered to my email. This situation clearly indicates that I’ve been misled and financially harmed.
The payment was made using my Kuveyt Türk credit card, which I have since canceled due to the incident. I did not receive the tickets or encounter any additional charges — just this unauthorized withdrawal.
I urgently request a full refund of ₺23,000 and a detailed explanation of how such a transaction was processed without my authorization or verification.
