Unfair HelloTalk Account Suspension - How to Appeal Fake Mass Reports

I am writing about unfair suspensions on HelloTalk that have affected me and my friends due to abusive, fake reports made by a group of users from Pakistan. These people are targeting our accounts without any valid reason, and they have already caused the loss of at least two innocent accounts belonging to my friends. These users are organizing and sending fake reports from inside the voice rooms, where they gather together and coordinate the abuse against us. My friends’ accounts were suspended around four days ago, and they did not receive any clear or valid explanation for these suspensions. They did not violate the community rules, yet they were punished because other users abused the report system. I also have chat screenshots and video recordings that show the users who are organizing these fake reports and how they are trying to abuse and harass us. I kindly request that HelloTalk immediately reactivates the suspended accounts of my innocent friends and thoroughly investigates the fake reports made against us, especially those coordinated in the voice rooms. I also ask that you review the behavior of the users who are abusing the reporting system and take appropriate action against them so that this does not happen again. I expect a detailed review of these cases and a fair solution as soon as possible.
