Hello Yo Blacklisted My High-Spending VIP Account Without Reason
I am a user of the Hello Yo voice chat application and my ID is 9*** . My ID was blacklisted around the 10–12th of the third month, about two days after Eid (the smaller Eid). This action was taken without any clear reason being shared with me. After my ID was blacklisted, I contacted the Hello Yo team and requested that my account be unbanned and removed from the blacklist. I specifically tried to reach the Pakistan-based admins Candy and Fatima many times and sent them my ID number repeatedly, but they still refused to unban my account. They have not given me any clear reason for keeping my ID on the blacklist and they do not accept my requests. This ID is very valuable and special to me, and I have spent a lot on it. I have made significant investments there and was planning to do business on the app. I use VIP and every month I make purchases of around 250,000 to 300,000, and in this month alone I have purchased diamonds worth around 600,000 to 700,000 while playing games on Hello Yo. Despite this, my ID remains blacklisted without a clear explanation. I kindly request that my Hello Yo ID be removed from the blacklist and fully restored. I also request that you review my case again, explain the exact reason why my ID was blacklisted, and give me one more chance to use my account normally.
