HelloTalk Account Sharing Personal Information Without Consent

On the HelloTalk app, a user with the username “se***R” has been exploiting a vulnerability in the platform to access and share private information about me. This situation has been ongoing for approximately two weeks and has escalated to the level of harassment. I also believe the behavior involves intentional manipulation and misuse of the platform. As a result, I was forced to block this user.

I request that HelloTalk take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into what I believe to be a violation of my privacy and a potential security flaw. I ask that the account named “**” and any other accounts created by the same individual be identified and permanently banned. I also request that necessary security measures be implemented to prevent similar privacy violations from occurring in the future.
