HelloTalk Device Permanently Restricted for Having Multiple Language Accounts

7

I have been using HelloTalk with the username “ok_niy***” and on 30 May I realized that my device has been permanently restricted from creating new accounts. This restriction was applied because I had previously created multiple accounts to explore different languages, since HelloTalk only allows learning one language per account. While I did create several accounts, I always registered honestly and used the application respectfully. I have never insulted or harassed anyone, and to my knowledge no one has reported me. On the contrary, I have reported users who messaged me in an inappropriate and disgusting way. I also contacted your support team, explained my situation in detail, and even sent a video to prove that I am a genuine user who only wanted to talk to people from different countries and practice different languages. I respectfully request that you remove the device restriction from my account and give me one more chance to use HelloTalk on this device. I am willing to continue with a single, compliant account and follow all of your rules and community guidelines. I really enjoy using your app and hope you will reconsider this restriction so that I can return as a regular, well‑behaved user.
