I Face HelloTalk Voice Room Not Available in My Area Error

Hello HelloTalk Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the Voice Room feature on my HelloTalk account. Whenever I try to access Voice Room, the app displays the message: “This feature is not available in your area.” I am currently using HelloTalk in India on a device with the model RMX5101_16.0.3.500.

To resolve the issue on my end, I have already tried clearing the cache, clearing the app data, and reinstalling the application, but the problem still persists, and the same error continues to appear.

I kindly request that you review my account and confirm whether there are any restrictions or regional limitations affecting the Voice Room feature for my profile or location. If possible, I would also appreciate it if this feature could be enabled for my account.
