Hellotalk Closed My One-Year VIP Account Without Cause

I purchased a one-year VIP membership on Hellotalk after experiencing issues with the monthly option. I used the app for about 40 days, but then had to delete it temporarily during my exam week. Later, a friend messaged me asking why I’d closed my account. When I checked, Hellotalk informed me that my account had been deleted due to alleged political or violent statements, which is entirely untrue.

I barely used the app for a month, and now both my money and account have gone to waste. I’m requesting a refund and the reinstatement of my account, as this action was taken without any valid reason.
