We recently purchased the Heifer Procleanx vacuum, but we’ve noticed a major issue. When we press the power-off button, it takes a long time to actually shut down, and when we plug it in to charge, it starts running on its own. Unfortunately, we can’t find the receipt, but we’ve only had it for 6-7 months, which should be verifiable through the serial number. We’re feeling quite frustrated by this situation and would like assistance in resolving the problem. We request that Heifer addresses our concerns and resolves this issue under warranty, as this product is still fairly new. Please help us find a solution.
