I Am Demanding an Explanation and $8 Refund From Iyzico and HBO Max Support

On July 27, 2026, while checking my account transactions on my bank’s mobile app, I noticed a deduction of $8 under the name Iyzico/Hbomax.com. This amount was drawn from my card despite having no subscription, membership, or approved payment on this website.

As soon as I realized the situation, I immediately contacted my bank, blocked my card, and requested a replacement card. Due to this unauthorized transaction, I have suffered financial distress and feel security concerns regarding my account.

I demand an immediate refund of the $8 payment executed without my knowledge or consent, along with a detailed explanation as to how and on what grounds this transaction took place.
