Hbo Max Billed My Card $6 via iyzico After I Canceled My Account

On August 1, 2026, a charge of $6 was deducted from my card via iyzico for Max (HBO Max), despite having previously canceled my subscription. Furthermore, when I attempt to log into my Max account, the system indicates that I do not have an active subscription, rejects my email address, and prevents me from viewing any subscription details.

I do not accept money being drawn from my card again after my subscription was canceled. I demand that this transaction be investigated by both Max and iyzico, that the $6 fee be refunded to my card as soon as possible, and that necessary controls be established to ensure no further unauthorized charges are processed from this card without my consent.
