I Want a Refund for the Unauthorized HBO Max Payment

On 05/12/2026 at 11:59 AM, an online card payment of approximately $77 was charged from my account with the description “iyzicohbomax.com” without my knowledge or approval. I do not know what this company does, what it sells, or whether I even have any membership or agreement with them. I cannot understand how this transaction was completed using my card information without my permission and, moreover, without any SMS verification code or approval request being sent to me.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank, canceled my card, and filed an official dispute regarding the charge. Despite this, I want to clearly state that I absolutely did not authorize this payment and do not want to be held responsible for this transaction.
I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized approximately $77 charge that was taken from my account. Otherwise, I want to emphasize that tomorrow I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office regarding this fraudulent transaction and will pursue all of my legal rights to the fullest extent possible. I also request that this matter be urgently investigated to prevent other people from experiencing the same victimization caused by such unauthorized transactions.
