Hardee’s Supposed To Be Sour Dough Bread!
I visited the Hardee’s located at 2020 W Market St, York, PA, during lunchtime and had a very upsetting experience with the manager on duty. My order was prepared incorrectly, so I went back to the restaurant to have it fixed. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was very rude. He threw my receipt in the trash and gave me a different order, which again was not my order. When I later called the store to explain what had happened, he became rude once more and hung up on me. All I was trying to do was eat my lunch and get the food I had paid for. Because of this situation, I ended up throwing away about $17 worth of food and also wasted my time and gas driving back to the location, only to be treated disrespectfully. At one point I was told I would receive a coupon in the mail, but no one even took my address, so that does not seem realistic. I am requesting that Hardee’s take appropriate action regarding this manager, as his behavior and attitude are not at all manager quality or acceptable customer service. I also request compensation in the form of coupons to cover the approximately $17 I lost, along with the inconvenience and wasted trip. I would like to be contacted about this matter so I know what steps will be taken.
