Hardee’s Manager Yelled, Cursed, and Humiliated Employees

I am writing to report the behavior of manager C*** O*** at the Hardee’s in Hazlehurst. Her attitude and the way she speaks to employees are extremely disrespectful and degrading, and I no longer feel comfortable working under her. On 06/20/2026, she became angry about the way I bagged an order and said to me, in a very disrespectful tone, “I don’t know who taught you how to bag but this not how you do it.” After this, I went to the bathroom to try to gather myself, and she followed me in, yelling in my face, cussing, and telling me to give her my headset and to get the f*** out. This behavior was completely unprofessional, humiliating, and made me feel threatened and disrespected. After this incident, another worker told me that her behavior is even worse at other times and that this kind of treatment is basically a daily occurrence. This makes it clear that her conduct is not a one-time situation but an ongoing problem that affects multiple employees. I reported what happened to another manager, but nothing was done, and I have not seen any change in her behavior. I am asking for this incident and her overall conduct to be taken seriously, properly investigated, and for appropriate action to be taken so that employees do not have to continue working in an environment where they are cursed at, yelled at, and degraded by their manager.
