Happy Mammoth Refused My Refund and Made Excuses About Finding My Order
Dealing with Happy Mammoth has been a headache only. I requested a refund since, not only did the product have no positive impact on me, but I actually gained weight taking it! Having set up autopay, I quickly canceled it and asked for my money back-off. At that point the justifications began to flow. They first asked me to supply the order number since they stated they couldn find mine. Really, quite seriously? Though I keep getting their promotional emails and product updates without any problems, they apparently cannot find my order using the same email I have been using all along. They seem to be procrastinating in order to prevent returning my money. Transparency and customer service expected far better. It's really annoying, thus I would hesitate twice before making purchases from them once more.
