Solgar Spirulina Caused Severe Side Effects and No One Took Responsibility
I started using Solgar Spirulina, a product I purchased from a pharmacy and trusted due to the brand’s reputation. However, shortly after taking it, I experienced severe side effects that I couldn’t ignore. I was about to throw the product away, but instead, I returned it to the pharmacy hoping for support.
The pharmacist told me they couldn’t do anything because the product was already opened. They connected me with a Solgar representative, who also refused to take responsibility, repeating the same excuses. In the end, I was left with no refund, no explanation, and no solution—just an opened product and a very unpleasant experience with my health on the line.
This is completely unacceptable. When it comes to health products, there must be accountability and consumer protection. Solgar not only failed me with a faulty product but also with their total lack of customer service.
