Having used Happy Mammoth almost a month ago, I must admit that I'm really dissapointed. Given all the positive evaluations, I had great expectations; but, it hasn't really changed my general state of health. Though it didn't help with weight reduction or relieve my hot flashes, I was quite expecting it would. My hot flashes are actually worse than they have ever been, and I feel continuously exhausted—like all I want to do—sleep. Though it's been the exact opposite, I thought this product could help me get some balance again in my life. I seem to have simply tossed money down the drain. I would not advise anyone hoping for actual success on it. Save your money; then, look elsewhere!
