Happy Mammoth Took My Money But Never Delivered My Order

When I ordered from Happy Mammoth on February 22, they had no issue immediately handling my money. The projected delivery date was February 28, however that day vanished without any trace of my order. I reasoned, okay, delays are inevitable, hence I called customer support. I waited patiently 48 hours as instructed. When nothing happened, though, I went back and found total silence. No answer, no update, nothing! I paid beforehand and expecting at least some little contact, hence it's quite annoying. Though their items showed great promise, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Right now, I simply want my money returned or order, but getting either seems unworkable. Nobody should be subjected to this kind of trouble, in my opinion.
