Happn Support Hasn't Responded to My Account Ban

I had been using the Happn app for free on my Redmi Note 15 Pro without any issues. About a day ago, I tried to log in and discovered that my account had been banned without any warning or explanation. When I attempt to access the app, the only message I see says that my account has been banned and instructs me to contact support, but it provides no reason for the ban.

I previously had another Happn account that was also closed, so I was forced to create a new one. Unfortunately, that new account was banned again shortly afterward. At no point was I informed that I had violated any community guidelines or terms of service, and I have never received a clear explanation for these actions. Being suddenly banned without knowing why is extremely frustrating and unfair to users.

I am requesting that Happn review my case and restore my account, or preferably my original account, if possible. I also ask Happn to provide a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the ban. So far, I have not received any response from support, and the lack of communication has left my issue unresolved. I would appreciate a written reply explaining the decision and ask that my account be reviewed and reinstated as soon as possible if no policy violation is found.
