I carefully filled out their quote form with information about every item I owned, including a very big and heavy piece of furniture, when I booked their services. Their policy said I had to let them know about these kinds of things so they could get the tools and people they needed. As it turned out, the movers were not ready or equipped to handle my big item. In their own words, they promised to bring more workers, but instead they tried to move it with too few people and the wrong tools. Obviously, this made things unsafe and also they were about to damage my wooden dining table, the walls around the table was already scracted by the time I stopped them. when I complained, they said it was against their policy and that I should have given them clearer instructions, excuse me but you had every piece of information!!! We had to argue like almost half an hour until they agreed.
