H&M Charged Full Amount Despite Selecting 3-Installment Payment Option
On November 28, 2024, I placed an order on H&M’s website (Order No. 64464253851) using the 3-installment payment option. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that the full amount was charged upfront. The website clearly displayed the installment option, and I relied on this feature while making my purchase.
Since I took advantage of a discount, I do not want to return the items. However, I demand that H&M resolve this issue immediately and correct the payment method to reflect the selected installment plan. This misleading practice is unacceptable and causes unnecessary inconvenience. H&M, I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure transparency in your payment options.
