Gulf Insurance Denies My Lost Phone Claim After Earthquake
Despite the fact that I had insurance on my phone, the company has been unhelpful to me since I lost it during the earthquakes in Kahramanmaras on February 2, 2023. They haven't done anything more than give me the runaround and delay my claim; they haven't taken any concrete steps to compensate me for the damage they've caused. I am a victim of the earthquake, and it is unacceptable for the insurance company to have shown such negligence. I demand that you compensate me appropriately, and if necessary, I will pursue legal action in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection. Because of the earthquake, not only are we exhausted and depressed, but we have also lost everything we owned. I beg you not to make me any more angry, and at the very least, please compensate me as quickly as you can for this loss.
