Well, it was just my luck to be in Hatay on February 21, 2022, when an earthquake hit. The roads were closed, and my family was really in trouble. And to make things even worse, I missed my flight from Hatay to Istanbul. The ticket, which I bought with money I had worked hard for in these hard times, was non-refundable, and I couldn't change it because the phone signal was out. I mean, what the heck kind of luck is that? Even worse than the earthquake, I now have a useless ticket and no way to get to Istanbul. I can't just make more money appear so I can buy another ticket. I'm struggling as it is. Here's the thing, though. I need a little bit of help with this. I don't want much, just a refund of the price of my ticket. I think that's a fair answer, don't you? I know that the earthquake wasn't the airline's fault, but it wasn't my fault either. I don't think it's fair that I'm out of money because of something I had nothing to do with. I just hope that the airline will help me out and do the right thing. I don't want anything I don't think I deserve. I'm just an ordinary person who's been having a lot of bad luck lately. Is that asking too much? I'm not sure. I'm counting on the airline to help me pay for any earthquake-related damage. It's really very annoying and frustrating.
