Pictures on My Grundig TV Disappears Randomly

We appreciate the call, attention, and resolution of the matter by the Grundig officials.

The picture disappears within 5 minutes, reappears after 5-10 minutes, then goes off again. The authorized service suggests checking the satellite, but their expertise seems doubtful. Communication is challenging. They give a 3-hour time window, leave without waiting 5 minutes, and I believe they lack knowledge. My previous TV using the same satellite and another TV currently working on the same satellite have no issues. The problem lies with the Grundig TV.
