I'm wondering if I should request a replacement for my television because the local service hasn't been able to resolve the issue. While the customer support has been responsive and helpful, the local service providers are, in my opinion, tarnishing the brand's reputation. This problem is not just about the television itself but also the service quality and customer experience.
