Grundig Vacuum Cleaner Complaint about Costly Repair

Hello, I purchased a Grundig vacuum cleaner, and it works great for cleaning. However, if you encounter any minor issue, finding spare parts might be challenging. My vacuum cleaner fell, and the part for attaching the tube broke. When I took it to the service center, they told me it was a user error. I asked them to repair it, thinking it wouldn't incur significant costs. A few days later, I received a message asking for my consent for a repair costing 2100 ₺. I bought this vacuum cleaner for 2300 ₺, so adding 200 ₺, I could have just bought a new one. I called customer service, and they promised to help, and the service was supposed to pick up the item from home. However, neither the service nor the item pick-up ever appeared. The item is still in the box. Grundig let me down in this matter. Instead of buying a new vacuum cleaner, I faced expenses equivalent to the cost of two parts. I continue to use the old vacuum cleaner, but I no longer plan to buy any Grundig products, neither for myself nor for my friends. Customer support and service show indifference and lack of interest. You work hard in rain and heat, earning money, the company advertises the product, and then, using the excuse of the procedure, leaves you with the item in your hands. This has been a significant lesson for me.
