this Grundig washer-dryer I bought with a 2-year warranty had major problems when the manufacturer's service team came to install it. So, turns out there were some issues with the mainboard and heat pump during manufacturing. Since the machine was new and under warranty, I was hoping the service team would have an easy fix. So, they said they'd give me a new one for the broken machine, and then two days later on April 29th, they took it away. But it's been a whole month since then, and I got a call out of the blue saying they can't replace it. I'm so confused by this sudden change after waiting for a whole month. How come they're going back on their promise to exchange the product when it was obviously messed up from the get-go? It's pretty clear that they sold us a messed up product on purpose and now they're trying to dodge the blame by ignoring the problem.
