Grundig 65-inch 7900 B Series TV Faulty USB Ports Issue

I purchased a Grundig 65-inch 7900 B Series TV from the Konya Teknosa store. Within 15 days, despite turning off the device, it kept turning itself on. The technician claimed it was normal due to the Android system and suggested unplugging it when not in use, which was unacceptable. When I tried to use USB drives for movies or apps, the TV didn't recognize them. Another TV I bought later, a 75-inch 8500 A Series, exhibited similar issues with USB ports. Even though the problem was identified as a motherboard issue, I believe the TVs were sold with inherent defects and demand replacement. Despite weeks of dealing with customer service, the issue remains unresolved. I intend to escalate this matter to the consumer rights authority.
