Greenhorn Wellness Charged ₹499 Through an Unauthorized UPI Mandate

I am writing to report that an amount of ₹499.00 was automatically deducted from my bank account by Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited (GREENHOR) through an automatic UPI mandate, without my explicit active consent. I do not wish to use or continue any of your apps or premium plans, including services such as Story TV or Eloelo. I have already revoked the AutoPay mandate from my side so that no further deductions can take place. I have not used any premium services in connection with this deduction of ₹499.00. This is my first complaint regarding this issue. On 8 October, a UPI payment of ₹499.00 was processed in favour of Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited from my bank account. The transaction was made from the account of Puja P*** with UPI Ref / UTR No: UPIAR/110867477328/DR/GREENHOR/ICIC/gree. I have a screenshot of this successful UPI payment as proof of the deduction. I kindly request that you permanently cancel any active subscription or mandate linked to my details and process a full refund of ₹499.00 to the original payment source at the earliest. I also request written confirmation of the cancellation of the subscription and the refund status to be sent to me via email at pujap***[email protected] or by phone at 8877287***.
