My Gratis App Order Disappeared



On May 31, 2024, I made a purchase using the Gratis app and scored a great deal thanks to a special discount they had going on. So, get this. I had a bunch of issues, and guess what? They went ahead and took the money for my stuff right out of my account. Unfortunately, I'm unable to locate my order on the "My Orders" page. I can see all of my previous orders, but I can't find the purchase I made today. I was really hoping that the problem would just work itself out, but unfortunately, my order is still missing.
Progress
I barely managed to shop with a discount through the Gratis app. At first, my order didn't appear until I complained here, and now it shows as canceled. Why are you canceling the products I worked so hard to get on discount? I expect an explanation.
