Gratis Call Center Complaint

On June 26, my order number PH18645567 was supposedly being prepared. Despite filing complaints twice with the call center at different times, when I called for the third time on July 10, 2024, the representative claimed there was no record of my request. I understand issues that can arise during shipping or packaging. However, it's truly disheartening that call center agents are not fulfilling their duties by neglecting to document customer complaints and requests. I urge an investigation into this negligence and irresponsibility at the Gratis call center by competent authorities.
