Grand Pasha Bet Refuses Withdrawal

I'm having trouble with GrandPashaBet, which is frustrating. They won't let me withdraw my money because I won more than 18 times the amount I bet on roulette, which is against the rules. Before I could ask for a withdrawal, they said I had to bet the whole amount once. I did what they said, but my account balance went from 82,000 to 60,000 TL and then back up to 120,000 TL. I called their live support because I was confused, and they told me my balance was 60,148 TL. My balance went from 120,000 to 63,000 TL, but then it went back up to 170,000 TL. I contacted live support again, and they told me I still had to bet 54,000 TL. I'm sure I've met the requirement to bet once, and I have screenshots to prove it. I want my money to be put into my account right away. The fact that GrandPashaBet won't give me back my money is unfair, and if I have to, I'll take further action.
