XM Trade Club Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment

I deposited a total of 8,000 via UPI to my XM Trade Club account on 15th and 17th September, but the money has still not been credited to my trading account. One of the transaction reference numbers is 625874855264. In my GPay transaction details this deposit is not properly visible, however the payment appears in my bank statement and the amount has been debited from my bank account. Despite this, my XM Trade Club balance has not increased and I cannot use the funds for trading. I request that my deposits be located and immediately credited to my XM Trade Club account or, if this is not possible, that the full amount of 8,000 be refunded to my bank account without any further delay.
