Google Pay UPI Payment Not Reflecting In My XM Trading Account
I deposited 8,000 INR to my XM Micro MT5 trading account (account number 321785***), but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. The payment was made on 26 February 2026 at 10:22 PM via UPI using Google Pay, and the money has already been debited from my bank account. During the deposit process, the destination UPI ID shown was paytm.s1t1***@pty. The transaction was completed successfully on my side, and I have a payment screenshot as proof, clearly showing the date, time, amount and status of the transaction. The UTR number for this payment is 119208217539, and it was entered correctly during the deposit. Despite this, the 8,000 INR has not yet appeared in my XM trading account balance. I have already contacted XM support by email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response yet. I request that this UPI transaction be checked urgently and that the 8,000 INR be credited to my XM trading account as soon as possible. If any additional information or documentation is needed, including the screenshot of the successful transaction, I am ready to provide it immediately.
