I Transferred ₺1200 to My GPay Account But Didn’t Receive the Funds

I transferred ₺1200 from my Garanti Bank account to my GPay wallet, but the money never showed up in my GPay balance. I followed all the steps properly and used the GPay support button to report the issue. Unfortunately, the response I received was completely unhelpful—they told me to reload my balance using the "Add Money" option, which I already did!

I feel completely ignored and frustrated. My money is missing, and no one is providing a real solution. This is not a minor amount to just brush off. If this platform wants to be trusted for digital payments, they need to take these issues seriously.

I demand a full refund or immediate resolution of the missing amount. I also request clear, step-by-step guidance on how loading funds is supposed to work, because what I did clearly didn’t work—and I refuse to lose ₺1200 over this. Please respond and resolve this now.
