GPay UPI AutoPay Deduction - Refund Request

I am writing regarding an unauthorized UPI AutoPay deduction of ₹599 made in favour of Masteredu AI on 08/09/2026 via GPay from my account linked to the mobile number 91499099***. I did not manually authorize this payment or knowingly set up any such recurring AutoPay mandate for this service. The transaction details are as follows: Amount ₹599, Date 08/09/2026, Transaction ID 317369172516. Since this deduction was made without my explicit consent, I consider it an unauthorized charge. I request that this transaction be urgently verified and that I be refunded the full ₹599 amount to my original payment method. I also request that any active subscription on my Masteredu AI account be cancelled and that the UPI AutoPay/recurring payment mandate be permanently disabled so that no further deductions are made from my account without my consent. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible and share a confirmation once the refund of ₹599 and AutoPay deactivation have been completed.
