My name is Sadan R*** and I am writing regarding problems with two UPI transactions made through Google Pay from my Punjab National Bank account where the money was debited but the deposits were not received. The first transaction was on 31/03/2026, when I deposited ₹1,000 via Google Pay to Vishwas Enterprise. The amount was debited from my PNB account, but the deposit was not received. After waiting for three days, the transaction was marked as failed, yet the debited amount has still not been credited back to my account. The UPI transaction reference available with me is RC2026033110353301429984b and another related reference/ID is 609090536811. My UID number related to this matter is 7525***. The second transaction was for ₹500, again from my PNB account through Google Pay to Vishwas Enterprise, made on 02/04/2026 at around 9:59 p.m. The reference/ID I have for this transaction is 645886895489. For this second transaction as well, the money was deducted from my account, but the deposit was not received by the intended party. I request that both of these failed Google Pay–PNB transactions be checked urgently and that the total debited amount of ₹1,500 be immediately refunded to my PNB account or otherwise resolved appropriately, and that I be informed clearly in writing about the action taken.
