Money Pay Vanished My 1,000 TL Deposit and No One's Helping Me!
On May 17, I put 1,000 tl into my MoneyPay account, but when I checked, my money was gone. Even though I have proof in the form of a receipt and a transaction number, I can't find the money. It's been 33 days of never-ending frustration, and no one has helped. Even though I talked to Akbank, MoneyPay still won't credit my account. The number used for the card was 4355 0940 7548 1883. Through the MoneyPay app, I need my money to be found and sent back to my bank account as soon as possible. I am very unhappy with your service, and I no longer trust that it is safe.
