GPay Payment Completed But Balance Never Updated, Request A Solution

I deposited around 3000 INR (2999.37 INR) on 23 July 2026 into my 4rabet game account through Gpay. The amount was successfully debited from my side, and I have a payment confirmation showing that the money was paid to the receiver. However, in the 4rabet application the same transaction appears as “FAILED” and the money has not been added to my game balance. I have already sent the money and I am now unable to use it in the game, while it is not returned to my account either. This situation is causing me financial loss and inconvenience, because the payment is clearly successful on my side but is not reflected in my 4rabet balance. I request that the 3000 INR I deposited be immediately added to my 4rabet game balance, or that the full amount be refunded back to my original Gpay/bank source without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this payment is shown as failed in the app even though the transaction was successful on my side.
