Although the amount has been debited from my Paytm account, it has not appeared in my Parimatch balance till now. I have tried to reach Parimatch support regarding this problem, but they are not responding, and I have not received any explanation or solution. This situation is causing inconvenience, as I am unable to use the funds I have already paid. I request that my deposit of Rs 2,499.86 be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment method, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this delay occurred.
