Parimatch Payment Successful But Deposit Not Reflected In Account

I am writing about an issue with my deposit on the Parimatch gaming app, which has still not been credited to my account. On 04/04/2026, I deposited Rs 2,499.86 through Paytm, using transaction ID 300157527382, from India. Although the amount has been debited from my Paytm account, it has not appeared in my Parimatch balance till now. I have tried to reach Parimatch support regarding this problem, but they are not responding, and I have not received any explanation or solution. This situation is causing inconvenience, as I am unable to use the funds I have already paid. I request that my deposit of Rs 2,499.86 be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment method, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this delay occurred.
