I made a deposit of 3,000 INR to my Parimatch account (player ID: 156783***) on 26 February 2026 via Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm wallet and shows as a successful transaction on Paytm’s side, but in my Parimatch account it appears as failed in the payment/deposit history and the money has not been credited to my balance. After noticing that the money was missing from my Parimatch account despite a successful Paytm transfer, I contacted support. A ticket was created for this issue, but there has been no progress or resolution so far, and my 3,000 INR is still neither in my Parimatch balance nor refunded. I request that my missing 3,000 INR be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or resolved in a clear and timely manner so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this failed deposit issue.
