My business account has been closed for 7 weeks now, and there is no one to answer my emails, no one to talk to, and no customer service. I've tried reaching out, filling out activation forms, and making support tickets several times, but nothing has worked. I keep hearing that the suspension is still going on. Does Google not care about the people who buy from it? Is the company having trouble or cutting back? I don't have a phone number to call and I don't know why my account was closed, even though I worked on it for years. It can't be put on hold without giving a reason or a way to solve the problem. I will keep telling people about my problems and experiences until my account is fixed. This is not the right way to treat a loyal customer.
