Google Overcharged for iTunes Apple Gift Card

Hi,

I purchased a $50 iTunes Apple Gift Card on Google using my credit card and paid approximately MYR 230+. However, I received a receipt in Turkish currency for TRY 3,586.28, which is approximately MYR 500+. This amount will soon be billed to my credit card, showing a ridiculous sum I have to pay for a gift card only worth $50 USD.

Why was I directed to a "sipay*paybox" for payment of my purchase? Is this a legitimate website?

I'm concerned about this significant discrepancy in the charged amount and the unexpected currency conversion. Can you please explain this situation and help resolve this overcharging issue?
