Google Ads Withdraws Payments Without Authorization
Google Ads has charged my account three times, each time deducting 2000 TL, for a total of 6000 TL. I am requesting a refund for this amount. On 12/10/2023, three unauthorized purchases were made, which I did not recognize as mine. They are as follows:
Google*ADS2824194813 - 2000 TL
Google*ADS8920325900 - 2000 TL
Google*ADS5144510719 - 2000 TL
I want to make it clear that if necessary action is not taken promptly, I am prepared to pursue legal action to rectify this situation. Therefore, I kindly request the full amount of 6000 TL to be refunded to my account without delay.
Hello, thank you to the Google support team. For those following the post, I emailed Google support approximately 1 hour later. After I sent the email, they got in touch and took action. The fee was refunded by Google 15 days later.
