Lost My Money On Konami After Purchase

I made a purchase in the eFootball game by Konami through the Google Play Store, but I never received the pack I paid for. On 3 March 2026 at around 6:35 PM, I bought a José Mourinho-related pack in eFootball using M-Pesa via Google Play. A total of Ksh 370 was deducted from my M-Pesa account with the confirmation code UC3LA851MR, and the payment went to Google Playstore with a discount applied by Google Play. However, despite the successful payment, the pack has never appeared in my eFootball account. Since the purchase date it has been almost a week, and the item is still missing from my account. I have not received any response or solution regarding this issue, and there has been no in-game delivery of the content I paid for. I request that the missing pack be added to my eFootball account or that a full refund of Ksh 370 be issued through the original payment method, as the payment was successfully processed but the product was never delivered.
