Google Play Charged Me for Linda VIP but Never Activated My Membership

I purchased a VIP 1 subscription for the Linda app through Google Play. Although the payment was successfully charged to my account, the VIP service and none of its associated benefits were activated in the app, and my profile still appears as a standard member.
After this transaction on September 15, 2026, with the transaction number GPA.3334-8403-5528-61270, the VIP membership should have been activated immediately. However, I have been unable to access any of the VIP benefits since the payment was charged.
I request that this transaction be investigated and that the VIP service I purchased be fully activated for my account or that I receive a refund.
