Google Play Charged Me but Nicegram Didn't Unlock Premium
On June 25, I purchased a subscription in the Nicegram app through Google Play for approximately $1.40. The payment was successfully processed through my Google Play account, and both the invoice and transaction record are visible. However, the subscription benefits, including the promised diamonds and other Premium features, were never added to my account.
I have already tried closing and reopening the app, restarting my device, and verifying the purchase in my Google Play purchase history, but none of these steps resolved the issue. I also attempted to contact both Nicegram and Google Play Support, but I have been unable to reach anyone who could assist me. Although my subscription appears to be active, I still cannot access the paid features.
I request that the subscription I paid for be fully activated on my Nicegram account, including all Premium benefits and diamonds. If this cannot be done, I request a full refund of the amount I paid.
