Google Play Charged Me for Linda VIP but Never Activated My Membership

I purchased a VIP 1 subscription for the Linda app through Google Play. Although the payment was successfully charged to... my account, the VIP service and none of its associated benefits were activated in the app, and my profile still appears as a standard member. After this transaction on September
