CapCut Subscription Won't Cancel Through Google Play
I am unable to cancel my CapCut subscription that was originally started through Google Play. I signed up for the free trial, during which I was charged approximately ₺30, and I assumed the subscription would automatically expire after the trial period. Instead, it continued to renew automatically.
The problem is that when I open the Google Play Store and check the Subscriptions section, there is no CapCut subscription listed under my account. When I try to cancel the subscription from within the CapCut app, it redirects me back to Google Play, but there is still no subscription displayed. Despite this, my Halkbank debit card continues to be charged. So far, I have been charged twice, with each charge being ₺249.99.
I have already contacted CapCut by email but have not received any response. I am unable to cancel a subscription that does not appear anywhere in my Google Play account, while recurring charges continue to be deducted from my card.
I am not requesting a refund. My only request is that CapCut and Google Play identify the hidden or incorrectly linked subscription, cancel it immediately, and ensure that no further charges are made to my card in the future.
