I Canceled My Google One Subscription After an Unjustified Price Hike

I’ve just experienced the same frustrating issue many others have reported—Google One suddenly raised the subscription price without any proper explanation or prior meaningful notice. I find this price increase to be excessive and unjustified, especially when no new features or benefits were introduced to justify the change.
Despite my attempts to reach out, Google hasn’t provided any response or clarification. There’s no customer service to speak to, and no one seems accountable. That’s not acceptable for a paid service. If they don’t care about retaining loyal users, why should we stay subscribed?
I’ve decided to cancel my subscription because I refuse to pay more for the exact same storage with zero improvements. I will be switching to other cloud storage alternatives that offer transparent pricing and better user support. Google should take this as a wake-up call: people are not going to tolerate silent price increases forever. I urge Google to rethink its pricing policies and start valuing its paying users before more people walk away.
